It's difficult for the Australian squad to achieve unprecedented feats.

The top summits have already been conquered.

We're talking about the unit that has won seven Cricket World Cups, along with another six T20 titles, and once went over three years undefeated in 50-over cricket.

The alternative records, targeted by the record chasers, are the only things left for a squad that has achieved everything.

The fact it required until Sunday's victory by three wickets over India for them to complete their first ODI chase exceeding 300, taking back their record for the largest in the female 50-over format, is, in truth, a compliment to the bowling attack that have worn canary yellow over five decades.

It's difficult for their batters to maintain a record if not afforded the opportunity.

Finally, the consequence of Australia conceding 330 was captain Alyssa Healy being given a platform to deliver her newest gem.

"To chase 330 is new territory so I'm pleased we have the confidence to achieve that now," added Healy.

"Preferably we shouldn't have to do it again but, should it happen, we know we can do it."

These statements will be the last competing nations at this World Cup need to hear.

Over the past five days a sense they will succeed regardless of circumstances has become more firm - this victory succeeding win against Pakistan by 107 run margin despite being 76-7 at a certain moment.
